This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for courses and training services provided by Aube Skills Hub.
1. Online Courses
For recorded online courses purchased through our platform:
- Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided the course has not been significantly accessed or completed.
- Once a student has completed a substantial portion of the course content, refunds may not be granted.
2. Live Training Programs
For scheduled live training sessions:
- Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled training session.
- Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Students may request to reschedule their training session if they are unable to attend.
3. Group or Organizational Training
For group training sessions booked by organizations, churches, or teams:
- Refunds may not be available once a training date has been confirmed.
- However, sessions may be rescheduled depending on availability.
4. Technical Issues
If a student experiences technical issues that prevent access to a purchased online course, they should contact support so the issue can be resolved.
Refunds may be considered if the issue cannot be resolved.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:
- Change of mind after significant course access
- Failure to attend scheduled live training without prior notice
- Violation of course terms or misuse of course materials
